Welcome to Rasira. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of cakes and bakery products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Rasira reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
All cakes and bakery items displayed on Rasira are handcrafted and made fresh to order. Images are for illustration purposes only; slight variations in design, color, and decoration may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. Certain items may be seasonal or available in limited quantities. Rasira reserves the right to substitute ingredients of equal or higher quality in case of unavailability, while maintaining the overall taste and appearance of the cake.
Orders must be placed through our website or via approved communication channels. A confirmation will be sent once the order is successfully received and accepted. Rasira reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in product description, or suspected fraudulent activity. Acceptance of an order occurs only when we confirm preparation and dispatch/delivery arrangements.
Rasira offers delivery and self-collection options depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or adverse weather conditions. Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the cake at the specified time and address. For self-collection, orders must be picked up within the agreed time slot; uncollected cakes may be disposed of without refund after a reasonable waiting period.
Our cakes may contain or come into contact with allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy. While we take care to indicate common allergens, customers with severe allergies must inform us at the time of ordering. Rasira cannot guarantee completely allergen-free products due to shared kitchen facilities. It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate specific dietary needs and verify ingredient suitability before consumption.
Orders can generally be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/collection time. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund due to perishable ingredients and preparation already undertaken. If a cake arrives damaged or does not meet reasonable quality expectations, please contact us with photos within 2 hours of receipt. Rasira will offer a replacement or appropriate remedy at our discretion, provided the issue is reported promptly.
