This Anti-Spam Policy outlines our strict practices regarding messages, promotions, and order-related communication. We only contact you when it is directly related to your cake order or delivery. Rasira never sends unsolicited promotional emails, bulk advertisements, or marketing messages without your explicit request. We respect your time and inbox as much as we respect the freshness of our cakes.
We communicate with you exclusively about the cake order you have placed. This includes order confirmation, payment receipt (if applicable), preparation updates, delivery tracking, and sending photographs of your finished cake before dispatch. You will receive messages only from official Rasira phone numbers, WhatsApp Business account, or the email address care@rasira.org. Any communication outside of an active or recently completed order will never be sent unless you have specifically requested updates or offers.
Rasira does not add your phone number or email to any marketing or promotional list automatically. We will never send you offers, discounts, festival greetings, or new cake launch announcements unless you have clearly and voluntarily opted in to receive such updates. Even if you are a repeat customer who orders cakes regularly, we will contact you only for the specific order you placed — never for unsolicited promotions. Your trust is the sweetest ingredient in our business.
All WhatsApp and SMS messages from Rasira are transactional in nature and directly linked to your current or upcoming cake delivery. We use WhatsApp Business API or verified business numbers only. Messages are short, clear, and contain only essential details such as order number, delivery time, driver contact, or cake photo approval requests. We strictly follow TRAI and WhatsApp Business guidelines and never send more than the required number of messages per order.
If at any time you wish to stop receiving messages from Rasira (even order-related ones), simply reply “STOP” to any of our WhatsApp messages or SMS, or send an email to care@rasira.org with your phone number and request. We will immediately remove your number from all future communication lists, except in cases where an active cake order is in transit (for delivery safety). Your request will be processed within 24 hours.
If you ever receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Rasira that does not relate to an order you placed, please forward it immediately to care@rasira.org. We take impersonation and spam very seriously and will take swift action against any misuse of our brand name. Help us keep the Rasira cake experience pure, delightful, and completely spam-free.
